Meet the Artists: Barbara Mitchell & Janice Weinstein

The Irondale Arts Council. “IAC” is joining with IPL to bring you a meet the artist event.

Barbara Mitchell uses fabric and fiber to make art wall hangings, like a painting but with fabric. She creates both realistic pieces like landscapes and abstracts.

Janice Weinstein is a knit designer and weaver. She makes beautiful wearable items that can be worn several different ways. She also designs knitting patterns.

Both artists will discuss their work and lead a demo.
