DESCRIPTION:Construction on the new addition at Mitchell’s Place is complete and will officially open with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 3 PM\, Thursday\, July 28\, 2016.\n\n\nThe expansion includes four new classrooms\, an After-school Social Awareness Program (ASAP) suite\, a new teachers’ office space\, and a medical records room. The ASAP suite will include a full kitchen\, laundry room and a bed to be used to assist with life skills for children ages 6-18 years old. \nPlease join this ribbon cutting ceremony with such honored guests as: past and present families of Mitchell’s Place\, Mitchell’s Place board members\, donors\, staff\, the Greater Irondale Chamber of Commerce\, and Irondale City leadership.
