SUMMARY:Jefferson Christian Academy Fun Run
DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce that JCA will be holding a 5K/1 Mile FunRun. Racers will have the option to either participate in the 5K or do a 1 Mile FunRun/Walk. All ages are welcome and encouraged to participate! All information forms will be sent home with the student. One form will be a sponsorship form. Students have the availability to procure “sponsors” which will be individuals that make donations to encourage the student to race. All donations should be in $5 increments and will be deducted from the students race fees. \nPre-registration Race Fees: Student/Adult 5K: $35; 1 Mile FunRun/Walk: $25 \nRace Day Fees: Student/Adult 5K: $40; 1 Mile FunRun/Walk: $30 \nOnce the student has procured 5 or 7 sponsors (depending on if student does the 5K or FunRun) at $5 each\, then the student will race FREE! Students are encouraged to get as many sponsors as possible! Registration forms will be sent home as well. All racers are encouraged to pre-register and get the forms in ASAP. All pre-registered racers register at the discounted price!! Registration will be available on race day\, but the discount will not be. The race will utilize the school grounds and the Heritage neighborhood. Routes will be clearly marked. Participants are encouraged to wear bright\, fun colors and show some JCA spirit!
