Tower Development plans to build 50 new homes in Irondale. Located at 9622 YMCA Way, just off Interstate 459, the homebuilder said the new garden-style homes should be delivered by Christmas of this year.
Price Hightower, owner of Tower Development, said he purchased the 12-acre lot of land from the city of Irondale. The site is the former location of the Irondale branch of the YMCA.
