Community Room
A spacious multifunction room that can accommodate a variety of events. The current maximum capacity of this room is 30 people due to parking restraints. This room comes with 121 chairs, 32 tables, electrical outlets, a sound system, a projector, and access to an attached serving kitchen. The Community Room may be reserved for 4-8 hours for free, for not for profit and community organizations, or for a standardized fee, for applicable commercial business usage. Stewart Conference Room
A beautiful conference room with a long wood slab table that can comfortably seat 10 people. This room, named in honor of Mayor James D. Stewart Jr., comes with 10 rolling chairs, electrical outlets, and clipboards. The Stewart Conference Room may be reserved for 2-8 hours for free, for not for profit and community organizations, or for a standardized fee, for applicable commercial business usage. Study Rooms
Small study spaces that seat 4-6 people. These rooms come with a table and chairs, electrical outlets, and a whiteboard. Dry erase markers are available at the Library Services desk. These rooms are available for checkout at the Library Services desk on a “first come, first served” basis. They may check out for two hours at a time with an option for one renewal if there is no waitlist. Please see our Study Room Usage Policy.
