September 6, 2016 – On Tuesday, Shades Valley’s Girls Volleyball team defeated Homewood to improve to a perfect 4-0 record. The Lady Mounties relied on tenacious defense and solid fundamentals to outlast the Lady Patriots, 3 sets to 1.
According to Shades Valley Head Coach, Kim Cook, ” Our team’s early success is largely due to leadership from our senior players, unselfish teamwork and stellar execution.”
The Lady Mounties will put their perfect record on the line this Thursday, September 8, 2016, when they take on the Ramsay Rams at Ramsay High School at 6PM
